The Westin Chosun Seoul has 453 guestrooms across 23 floors. A wide range of recreational facilities are available to guests, ranging from the health club – with fully-equipped fitness center, fitness classes, specialty saunas, spa tub rooms, and more ¬– to the all-season, 25-meter indoor pool with automatic opening-and-shutting dome ceiling. An extensive business center offers several meeting-, conference- and boardrooms, while two ballrooms and a number of function rooms are suitable for hosting business or social events. Guests have the choice of seven restaurants, some of which offer live entertainment. Other facilities in the hotel include a flower shop, wine and gourmet gift shop, beauty salon, barber, and car rental desk.

The Westin Chosun Seoul provides a full-service business center with meeting-, conference-, and boardrooms. Two ballrooms and several smaller function rooms are also available.
Business center: Comprising four offices, five conference/meeting rooms, a boardroom, PC room, lounge/waiting area, and a formal reception area with multilingual receptionists, the 726-square-meter (7,815-square-foot) business center caters for most business requirements. The boardroom seats up to 27 people, while the smaller meeting rooms can seat six people each. The four offices may be rented. Video-conferencing facilities are available, and secretarial services are on call, including translation, word-processing, photocopying, and printing. Express mail service and local and worldwide courier services can also be arranged. Equipment includes LCD projectors, a high-definition 90-inch Diamond Screen™ projector, microphones, LCD touch panels, wireless remotes, LAN facilities, four-way conference telephones, and recordable microphones. An international menu is offered for in-meeting catering. The PC room houses desktop computers and laptop workstations.
Internet access: High-speed wired and wireless Internet access are available in the business center, conference rooms, and public areas. Surcharges apply.
Conference/function rooms: A 539-square-meter (5,802-square-foot) Grand Ballroom that can seat up to 500 guests is situated on the 1st floor. This room may be divided into three smaller areas. On the 2nd floor there are five meeting/function rooms, ranging in size from 78 square meters (838 square feet) to 84 square meters (900 square feet). Also on this floor is the 361-square-meter (3,886-square-foot) Orchid Ballroom, offering a view of the Temple of Heaven. A boardroom and two function rooms, each with an area of 148 square meters (1,595 square feet), are found on the 3rd floor. Modern sound and lighting systems are available, as are catering services.

The 23-story Westin Chosun Seoul has 453 guestrooms with city views. All are furnished with Heavenly beds, anti-allergy carpets, smooth wooden flooring, writing desks, and office task chairs. Entertainment and relaxation amenities include LCD flat-panel TVs with cable channels, pay movies, VCRs, and sound systems. Compact premium-Espresso coffee machines, minibars, and daily deliveries of fresh ice provide guest refreshment. Also available in all guestrooms are high-speed Internet access, IDD speakerphones with voice mail, teleconferencing facilities, multiple lines for phone, computer, and fax, and complimentary use of a mobile phone (call charges excluded).
